All our items have 30 day no quibble money back guarantees. If you’re unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please return in the original box and packaging, unused and in a resalable condition to us within 30 days of receiving the goods.

We are unable to return postage costs to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of signing for the parcel so we can claim against the courier and arrange a collection. We will select the appropriate carrier depending on the size and weight of the parcel and the geographical location of the parcel.

If we do not have confirmation of any damage within 48 hours, we consider the item to be accepted by the customer and are unable to claim from the courier. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for returning the item to us within 30 days for refund or replacement. If your item develops a fault within the 30 day refund period, please contact us immediately to discuss the problem and our customer service advisers will respond accordingly. If the item is faulty within this period, we will be responsible for all costs incurred for repairing or replacing the item* Applies to UK only.
